Esencia Travel acts as an intermediary between you and service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.). We are not liable for delays, accidents, or losses caused by third parties, natural disasters, or force majeure.
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain appropriate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and other potential risks.
It is your responsibility to ensure all travel documents (passport, visas, permits) are valid. Esencia Travel does not take responsibility for delays or denial of entry due to improper documentation.
